Lineup text messages: terms
Last updated 7 September 2026
Lineup is a text-message (SMS) service operated by Accuio LLC dba Lineup, Carmel, Indiana. It helps the person who organizes your game, whether a club program, a league or a regular group, fill that game by text.
Who is texting you. Every message is written and sent by Lineup (Accuio LLC) from the Lineup number assigned to your organizer's group. Your organizer's program name appears in the message so you know which group it is about. Organizers cannot write messages or text anyone who has not opted in.
How you opted in. You texted IN to your organizer's Lineup number after they gave it to you. Nobody can add you without that text. Details: https://runlineup.com/sms.
What you get. Game invitations, a reminder if you have not replied, a confirmation when you have a seat, the final lineup, a notice if a game is called off, and, if your organizer has it turned on, a calendar invitation by email. Replies of IN and OUT are how you take or decline a seat.
Message frequency varies. You hear from Lineup only when your organizer is filling a game, so it depends on how often your group plays.
Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message. You are removed from that organizer's list at once and no further messages are sent. Reply IN to rejoin. Reply HELP for help and contact details. STOP and HELP are handled by our messaging provider as well as by us, so they work even if something on our side is broken.
Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be 13 or older and the regular user of the mobile number you opt in with. Do not opt in a number that is not yours.
Changes. If these terms change materially, the updated version is posted here before it takes effect.
