This covers this website: what happens when you visit it, and what happens if you ask for an invitation. It is short because there is genuinely not much to tell.

If you are just reading

We collect nothing that identifies you. Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which was built to count visits without following people around:

• No cookies. Nothing is written to your device.
• No fingerprinting and no cross site tracking. We cannot tell that the same person came back a second time.
• We see aggregate numbers only. How many people viewed a page, roughly where the visits came from, country, and whether the browser was mobile or desktop.
• No advertising networks, no tracking pixels, no data brokers, and no third party scripts beyond the analytics itself.

If you ask for an invitation

The sign-up page collects your email address, your name, what you run, and a phone number if you choose to give one, and notes the state and country your connection came from. Nothing else. It exists so we can invite organizers to Lineup a few at a time.

• Those details are used to decide who to invite next and to get in touch with you about Lineup. That is the entire purpose.
• The phone number is for a call from a person about your game. Giving it does not sign you or anyone else up to receive text messages. Lineup's messaging service is a separate thing with its own consent step and its own terms, and nobody is texted by it without opting in first. Its terms are at sms-terms and its privacy page at sms-privacy.
• You will hear from us when there is a spot for you. There is no newsletter. If we ever write to the whole list, that message will carry an unsubscribe link.
• Your details are never sold, rented or shared, and are not passed to advertisers, data brokers or marketing platforms.

If you left your details before October 2026

This site used to have a Keep-me-posted box, which took an email address, and a contact form, whose messages were emailed to us and not stored on the website. An address left in the Keep-me-posted box is still on that list, kept the same way and removed the same way.

Deleting your details

Ask and they are gone. Email help@runlineup.com from the address you gave us. A person takes you off the list by hand, that day, and deletes anything you sent us earlier. There is no retention period we are trying to hold you to.

How long anything is kept

Analytics are aggregate and are not connected to you, so there is nothing personal sitting there to delete. Your sign-up is kept until you ask us to remove it, or until the list is no longer needed, when all of it is deleted.

Where it is kept

The sign-up list and the older Keep-me-posted list are the only things this website stores. They are kept on Cloudflare, encrypted in transit and at rest. There is no user account system and no login.

Children

This site is not aimed at anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version history to dig through.
